Shimano's XTR V-Brake delivers serious speed modulation and awesome stopping power. It's ultra light to help keep your bicycle svelte and features Shimano's Parallel-Push brake-pad linkages to keep the pads aligned with the rim. This fine stopper also boast sealed-bearing pivots for optimum braking response in all conditions. Plus, the cartridge brake pads eliminate setup hassles when you're replacing worn-out pads.

Note: It's EXTREMELY IMPORTANT that Shimano V-Brakes (the generic name for this brake type is "linear-pull" or "direct-pull") only be used with brake levers designed for linear-pull brakes. If you don't have the correct levers, you may use adapters instead (sold separately).
